PK simulator

One-compartment model with linear elimination. Pick a preset or enter your own values; everything recalculates as you type.

How the simulator works

The simulator uses a one-compartment model. After an IV bolus, concentration falls exponentially with the elimination rate constant k = CL / V. An infusion rises towards a plateau while it runs, then falls. An oral dose is absorbed with a first-order rate constant ka and scaled by bioavailability F.

Multiple doses are added together (superposition), so you can watch levels accumulate towards steady state. Each tile shows a value you would calculate by hand in a PK course.

Share any regimen with the Copy share link button, or download the curve as CSV for a spreadsheet. The simulator is for teaching only and must not be used to dose real patients.
